Return & Refund Policy

At KnittingFur, we want you and your furry companion to be happy with every purchase. If an eligible item is not right for you, please review the return information below.

7-Day Returns

We accept eligible return requests within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for review, the product must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • Unwashed and undamaged
  • In its original packaging
  • Returned with all original tags attached

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items purchased on sale or using a discount code
  • Customised or personalised products
  • Pet beds and hygiene products, for safety reasons
  • Items requested for return after 7 days of delivery
  • Products that have been used, worn, washed, damaged or altered

How To Request A Return

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and the email address used at checkout.
  3. Tell us which item you wish to return and the reason for the return.
  4. Wait for our return instructions before sending any product back.

Please do not return any item without first receiving instructions from our customer support team.

Refund Details

Once an eligible returned item is received and approved, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from approved return refunds.
  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

Damaged Or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order information and clear photos of the product so our team can review your concern.

Exchange Requests

If you need a different size or colour, contact our customer care team within 7 days of delivery. Exchange requests are subject to product condition and availability.
